The cutter is directed by a computer. Using C02 laser technique depending on speed , power and frequency the depth of cutting or engraving is determined.

In contrast with milling and other chipping techniques sharp angles are not problematic , the resolution for cutting is 0,001mm. Thus very small objects can be cut.
